Taquero Fusion

Two trucks down, two to go. I'm on my way to a personal best: four food trucks at one stop. Since I already have exactly 1.5 lunches in my belly, I'll just order one taco. That's the plan and I'm sticking to it.

Walking (ok, dancing) up to the truck, I'm digging the crazy music. Nice touch. Ok, who am I kidding? I thought about dancing. In my head, I'm a dancin' fool.

And here's a first for me: now that the new ordinance has passed, trucks can do limited prep on board, so these tacos are being assembled to order. #winning

My choice: the beef and plantain taco with hot salsa. It was tough to hold back, but I still had dessert to think about. And I was headed to a party afterwards.

One word: delicious. More food nirvana as we ate.

I'll take my tacos with a Latin twist any day.
