La Patrona Food Bus

Another score thanks to Food Truck Fridays at The Mart. And this just days after a Twitter rant about the lack of food trucks within a 1-mile radius.

I love that @ChiFoodTruckHub runs this event all summer, but I can't see why food trucks can't be on that beautiful expanse of bridge, complete with a newly expanded outdoor patio, all year long.

Well, back to reality.

Tacos, tacos and more tacos!

I opted for a taco dinner, going with my usual mix: pollo, asada, and al pastor.

I may not have access to food trucks often, but I'm glad I still do!
