French Macarons

I've always wanted to try proper macarons (not the toasted coconut balls known as macaroons). I got my first chance at Gia Via Sweets. The flavors? Raspberry, Vanilla, Chocolate, Lavender, Coffee and Pistachio. Yes, you heard that right. Pistachio. Nutty, ain't it?
